江苏省血吸虫病研究委员会于1980年初举行的会议上,除进一步交流了由本省南京药物研究所提供(?)吡喹酮的合成、药理及对血吸虫病的治疗等经验外,该药对其它寄生虫病的疗效也进行了初步交流。现将这方面的结果作一简要的综合报导。一、华枝睾吸虫: 动物实验观察:1.豚鼠每只动物感染囊蚴约100个,半月后粪检虫卵阳性者分三组(每组2只豚鼠)进行吡喹酮治疗。lOOmg/kg连服三日组,于治后10天及30天虫卵转阴;50mg/kg连服三日组,治后虫卵均仍阳性,但虫卵数已大大减少,对照组不治疗,虫卵阳性。治后一个月进行解剖,从豚鼠治疗组肝脏取出的虫体。缩小,卵黄腺稀少,睾丸萎缩模糊,受精囊
