调节性T细胞在器官移植、过敏性疾病、肿瘤免疫、感染免疫等病理过程中对维持机体免疫动态平衡具有非常重要的作用。调节性T细胞不仅诱导产生自身免疫耐受、防止自身免疫疾病的发生,而且能够限制免疫防御中T、B细胞过度活化、避免造成组织损伤。尽管调节性T细胞可能通过调节免疫细胞活化、增殖和分化及效应等多环节产生抑制作用,但其抑制机制仍未清楚。现对调节性T细胞亚群可能的作用机制及其在病毒感染性疾病中的作用进展予以综述。
Regulatory T cells in organ transplantation, allergic diseases, tumor immunity, immune and other pathological processes of immunity to maintain the dynamic balance of the body has a very important role. Regulatory T cells not only induce autoimmune tolerance, prevent the occurrence of autoimmune diseases, but also can limit the immune defense in T, B cells over-activation, to avoid tissue damage. Although regulatory T cells may inhibit the activation of many aspects of immune activation, proliferation and differentiation, and its effects, the mechanism of its suppression is still unclear. Now the possible mechanism of regulatory T cell subsets and its role in viral infectious diseases are reviewed.
