开展社区服务已成为我国卫生事业发展的趋势,随着人类社会的不断进步,生活水平的不断提高,人们健康观念的不断更新,对卫生服务的需求和对生命质量期望值的提高,渴望得到方便、快捷、经济、优质的医疗护理。因此开展社区服务,已得到社会各界的共识。本文通过对企业医院现状的分析,提出了开展社区服务的重要性和必要性。作为企业医院面临改革的挑战,只有牢牢把握机遇,变不利为有利,积极开展社区服务,拓宽医疗服务市场,才能在社区服务这个广阔天地里求得生存与发展。
