采用胚乳性状质量 -数量遗传的极大似然鉴别方法 ,进行质量 -数量遗传模型测验和主、微基因效应与变异估计 ,以 F2 和 F3胚乳世代为例详细演示了分析程序 ,将之应用于 3个籼稻组合直链淀粉含量的遗传分析。结果表明 ,直链淀粉含量为一典型的胚乳质量 -数量性状 ,由一个主基因和若干微基因共同控制 ;控制高、低和糯的主基因可能为一组复等位基因 ,且高对低、高对糯接近完全显性 ;微基因对直链淀粉含量的作用在不同组合可以是主基因变异尺度的1 /2~ 1 /
Using the method of maximum likelihood identification of the quality of endosperm traits, the quantitative and quantitative genetic model test and the estimation of major and minor genes and variation were carried out. The F2 and F3 endosperm generation generations were taken as an example to demonstrate the analysis program in detail. Genetic Analysis of Amylose Content in Three Indica Rice Combinations.
