市场经济条件下企业的竞争越来越激烈,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须从自身实际出发,加强自身的管理工作。知识经济时代人力资源在企业的发展过程中所起的作用越来越突出,企业要想提高自己的管理水平和竞争力,必须加强自身的人力资源管理工作建设,不断调动全体员工的积极性和工作热情。人力资源管理是一门系统的学问,现阶段许多企业都在不断加强自身的人力资源管理工作,取得了一些成绩,但是从根本上来讲还是存在许多问题。本文对此展开分析,以此来提出应对的策略。
