[本刊讯]日前,为促进房屋安全管理信息化建设工作,济南市住房保障和房产管理局与中海达旗下武汉海达数云技术有限公司就三维实景测量技术应用达成合作协议,引入三维实景技术测量危房。目前,海达数云技术人员正在使用iScan采集济南市试点范围内的危房三维实景及点云数据,作业成果将融入济南市房屋基础地理信息平台,这是三维实景测量技术首次被引入国内房产管理领域(如图1所示)。

At present, a number of Haida’s cloud technicians are using iScan to collect the real-world and point cloud data of dilapidated buildings in the pilot area of Jinan City. The work results will be integrated into the basic geographic information platform of Jinan City. This is the first time that real-world three-dimensional scene measurement technology has been introduced into the domestic real estate management Area (as shown in Figure 1).
