新课改下,笔者认为作为一名语文教师的教学机智应该是建构性的教学机智。目前对于建构性教学机智的研究还不全面,很多研究者的论著中都是简简单单把教学机智理解为教师处理课堂上没有准备而突发的教学情况的能力,所做的研究也只是针对个别实例进行研究,但是随着研究慢慢深入,很多老师已经体会到对教学机智的理解应该是范围更加广的机智,建构性教学的机智就是在建构性教学的基础上调动课堂气氛和调控课堂的智慧和能力。真正成功的教师也是拥有这种建构性教学机智。
Under the new curriculum reform, I think that teaching wit as a Chinese teacher should be a constructive teaching tact. At present, the research on constructive teaching tactics is not comprehensive, and many researchers ’treatises simply interpret teaching tactics as teachers’ ability to deal with unprepared and unexpected teaching situations in the classroom. However, with the gradual deepening of research, many teachers have realized that the understanding of teaching tactics should be a wider range of wit. The witness of constructive teaching is to mobilize the classroom atmosphere and control the classroom based on constructive teaching Wisdom and ability. Really successful teachers also possess this constructive teaching tact.
