目的结合社区居民健康档案管理的现状,旨在探讨信息系统建设的策略。方法通过前期对盐城市亭湖区两个街道社区卫生服务中心和所辖社区居民进行问卷调查,分析当前社区居民健康档案信息系统的建设现状,挖掘出存在的问题,并分析可能存在的影响因素。结果两个街道社区卫生服务中心的居民健康档案信息系统的建设目前均存在维护率低等不足,其背后的制约因素包含社区居民和卫生服务机构对健康档案的认知不够,以及健康管理的信息化水平制约等因素。结论如何高效落实居民健康档案建设工作具有重要意义,值得我们深入研究和探讨。
Objective To explore the status quo of health records management of community residents in order to explore the strategy of information system construction. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on two community health service centers and community residents in Yancheng City in the past two years to analyze the status quo of community health information system construction, to find out the existing problems and to analyze the possible influencing factors. Results At present, there are two problems in the construction of community health information system of residents in the two neighborhood community health service centers, such as low maintenance rate, and the constraints behind them include the inadequate understanding of health files by community residents and health service agencies and the health management information The level of control and other factors. Conclusion How to efficiently implement the construction of residents’ health archives is of great significance and deserves our in-depth study and discussion.
