本文采用试管抑菌试验及动物实验性治疗等研究手段,对甲胺醛苯砜的抗结核作用进行了初步研究。甲胺醛苯砜对人型结核杆菌(H_(37)RY)的抑菌浓度为12.5μg/ml,不及异烟肼,但该药对临床耐药菌株有较好的抑菌作用,抑菌浓度为25~6.25μg/m1。对小白鼠实验性结核病的疗效可以与异烟肼相媲美,二药半数动物死亡时间无明显差异(P<0.05);局部给药治疗结核性瘘管效果较好。故可作为抗结核二线药物。
In this paper, the anti-tuberculosis effects of methylamine benzene sulfone were studied by using tube-inhibition test and animal experimental treatment. The inhibitory concentration of methyl aldehyde phenyl sulfone against human Mycobacterium tuberculosis (H_(37)RY) was 12.5 μg/ml, which was lower than that of isoniazid, but the drug had good antibacterial effect against clinically resistant strains. The concentration is 25 to 6.25 μg/m1. The efficacy of experimental tuberculosis in mice can be comparable to that of isoniazid, and there is no significant difference in the death time of half of animals (P<0.05). Local administration of tuberculous fistulas is effective. Therefore, it can be used as an anti-TB second-line drug.
