在科学技术迅猛发展、市场竞争日益激烈的今天,侵犯商业秘密的行为也日趋增多。日前,杭州中级人民法院终审判决了杭州发达船用齿轮箱有限公司以不正当手段窃取杭州前进齿轮箱集团商业秘密案。被告单位“发达厂”因犯单位行贿罪和侵犯商业秘密罪,被处罚金15万元;其法定代表张一奇犯侵犯商业秘密罪、犯单位行贿罪,被判有期徒刑3年、处罚金10万元;被告人马某某等三个也分别被判处有期徒刑和被没收非法所得。
