本文通过对高校图书馆办公室工作人员压力源进行探究,分析工作人员自我调解的重要性,思考自我调解的方式方法,以期能对缓解高校图书馆办公室工作人员的工作压力有所助益。
This article probes into the stressors of university library staff, analyzes the importance of staff self-mediation, and ways and means of thinking about self-mediation so as to be helpful to alleviate the work pressure of university library staff.
