目的了解广州地区鱼肉组织中喹诺酮类药物的残留情况。方法于2006年9—10月,在广州市S1~S5地区的5个大型农贸市场采集鳗鱼(Anguilla japonica)、加洲鲈鱼(Micropterus salmoides)、黄鳝(Monopterus albus)和草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)4种淡水养殖鱼样品。采用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测4种鱼类体内环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin,CPFX)、诺氟沙星(norfloxacin,NFLX)、恩诺沙星(enrofloxacin,ENFX)的残留量。结果诺氟沙星在采自广州市5个区的4种淡水鱼鱼肉组织中均被检出,检出的含量范围为2.19~192.8 ng/g,平均含量为21.26 ng/g;环丙沙星在鱼肉组织中的检出率为40%,含量范围为0~25.36 ng/g,其平均含量为4.34 ng/g;恩诺沙星在鱼肉组织中的检出率为45%,平均含量为6.83 ng/g。其中,加州鲈鱼和鳗鱼体内3种药物检出率最高,加州鲈鱼肌肉中诺氟沙星、环丙沙星和恩诺沙星检出率分别为100%,40%和100%;鳗鱼肌肉组织中3种药物检出率分别为100%,40%和80%;黄鳝和草鱼肌肉中恩诺沙星检出率都较低,分别为20%和0%。3种药物在肝脏中的平均残留含量要高于其在肌肉中的平均残留含量。结论广州地区鱼肉组织中喹诺酮类药物的残留量基本符合NY 5070—2002《水产品中鱼药残留限量》中的规定。
Objective To understand the residues of quinolones in fish tissues in Guangzhou.
