通过对基于MSP430F149单片机、红外遥控模块和步进电机等的研究,提出了智能幕帘控制系统的设计方案。采用28BYJ-48步进电机作为幕帘的驱动装置,步进电机由ULN2003芯片驱动;主控单元采用MSP430F149单片机接收并处理来自OPT101光电传感器检测的光强信号、DS18B20温度传感器检测的温度信号和SJ1838红外收发信号,同时以获得的信息向电机控制器发出控制信号,控制步进电机的动作,实现幕帘的智能控制;最后通过节能计算更加充分显示智能幕帘的可行性。
Based on the research of MSP430F149 singlechip, infrared remote control module and stepping motor, the design scheme of intelligent curtain control system is put forward. 28BYJ-48 stepper motor is used as the curtain driving device, the stepper motor is driven by ULN2003 chip; the main control unit adopts MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer to receive and process the light intensity signal from OPT101 photoelectric sensor detection, the temperature signal detected by DS18B20 temperature sensor and SJ1838 Infrared signal transmission and reception, at the same time to obtain information to the motor controller sends a control signal to control the movement of the stepper motor to achieve intelligent curtain control; and finally through the energy-saving computing more fully display the feasibility of intelligent curtains.
