保险公司组织架构受包括技术、市场和政府监管等外部环境因素的影响。信息技术的快速发展 ,保险市场竞争环境的变化 ,以及保险公司为适应环境所作的战略调整 ,成为保险公司组织架构变革的动因。保险公司组织扁平化结构 ,是相对于传统“金字塔”型等级式结构的管理模式 ,其管理层次少、信息传递快、运转效率高 ,有着较大的弹性和较强的适应性。保险公司扁平化管理与适用的信息技术、业务流程重组和公司企业文化密切相关。扁平化保险公司组织内部决策权力的分配要与员工业绩评估系统和奖励系统相结合。
The structure of insurance companies is influenced by external environmental factors including technology, market and government regulation. The rapid development of information technology, changes in the competitive environment of the insurance market, and the strategic adjustment made by insurance companies to adapt to the environment have become the motivations for the changes in the organizational structure of insurance companies. The flat organization structure of insurance companies is a management pattern relative to the traditional “pyramid” hierarchical structure with less management, faster information transmission and higher operating efficiency, with greater flexibility and adaptability. The flat management of insurance companies is closely related to the applicable information technology, business process reengineering and corporate culture. The distribution of internal decision-making power within a flat insurance company should be integrated with the employee performance evaluation system and reward system.
