目的 检测肾小管细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性 ,探讨扶正解毒汤 (FJD)对NiSO4 致肾脏损伤的防治作用及其机理。方法 NiSO4 腹腔注射染毒 ,FJD灌胃防治 ,测定肾小管细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶及Ca2 + ATP酶活性进行评价。结果 NiSO4 组与NS组比较 ,两种酶活性均明显抑制 (P <0 0 1)。用FJD防治后 ,两种酶活性明显改善 (P<0 0 1)。结论 FJD对NiSO4 致大鼠肾小管细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性的抑制有恢复作用 ,可有效防治NiSO4 对肾脏的损害。
Objective To detect the activity of Na+K+ ATPase and Ca2+ ATPase in renal tubular cell membrane, and to explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction (FJD) on kidney injury induced by NiSO4 and its mechanism. Methods NiSO4 was injected intraperitoneally and FJD was administered by gavage. The activity of Na+K+ ATPase and Ca2 + ATPase in renal tubular cells was evaluated. Results Compared with the NS group, NiSO4 group significantly inhibited both enzyme activities (P < 0 01). After treatment with FJD, the two enzyme activities were significantly improved (P < 0 01). Conclusion FJD has a restoring effect on the inhibition of Na+-K+ ATPase and Ca2+ ATPase activity in rat renal tubular epithelial membrane induced by NiSO4, which can effectively prevent NiSO4 from damaging the kidney.
