研究了2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(DBPH)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE)性能的影响。结果表明,在硫化剂用量相同的条件下,使用DCP硫化的EPDM/POE共混物正硫化时间和邵尔A硬度均比DBPH硫化胶的小,DCP硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均优于DBPH硫化胶,但DBPH硫化胶的热空气老化性能优于DCP硫化胶。正交试验结果表明,理想的硫化体系是5份DBPH、1.5份三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)和和0.2份硫黄(S)。
The effects of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis (t-butylperoxy) hexane (DBPH) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) on the properties of EPDM / Ene copolymer (POE) performance. The results show that under the same curing agent dosage, EPDM / POE blends with DCP vulcanizates have lower vulcanization times and Shore A hardness than DBPH vulcanizates, tensile strength and elongation at break of DCP vulcanizates The rates of DBPH vulcanizates were better than those of DBPH vulcanizates, but DBPH vulcanizates had better hot air aging performance than DCP vulcanizates. Orthogonal test results show that the ideal curing system is 5 DBPH, 1.5 parts of triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and 0.2 parts of sulfur (S).
