Determination of phosphate in water, there are many reports. Generally for the determination of high levels of phosphate in water using molybdenum molybdenum screw screw method gravimetric or volumetric method, and for the determination of water-soluble phosphate molybdenum blue colorimetric method. Although the former is accurate and reliable, the operation is cumbersome and time-consuming, and is only applicable to the analysis of samples with high phosphorus content. The latter is simple and fast to operate, but only suitable for the analysis of samples with low phosphorus content. At present the determination of phosphate in water, vanadium molybdenum yellow water is also commonly used colorimetric method, this method has the advantages of fast, easy to operate, but also only for slightly higher phosphate content of the sample analysis.
