铁路建设项目作为大型非污染型工程,对周边生态环境的影响是环境影响评价的重点和难点,对其评价体系研究是环境影响评价工作的基础。以大化铁路专用线为例,介绍了铁路建设周围的生态环境现状,分析了该项目在建设过程中可能给生态环境带来的不利潜在影响,从设计、施工、管理方面提出了减缓不利影响的措施,其结果可供铁路选线决策参考。
As a large-scale non-pollution project, the railway construction project’s impact on the surrounding ecological environment is the key and difficult point of environmental impact assessment. Studying on its evaluation system is the foundation of environmental impact assessment. Taking Dahua railway special line as an example, this paper introduced the current ecological environment around the railway construction, analyzed the potential adverse ecological impacts brought by the project in the process of construction, and put forward some measures to mitigate the adverse effects from the aspects of design, construction and management The results of which can be used for railway route selection decision.
