马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)对烟草品系NC744及其PVY抗性亲本Virgin A Mutant侵染速度低于另一亲本、推广品种Coker 86。对烟蚜(Myzus persicae)和棉蚜(Aphis gossypii)传播PVY的抗性,NC744显著高于COKer 86。
The virus of potato Y virus (PVY) infects tobacco strain NC744 and its PVY resistant parent Virgin A Mutant less rapidly than the other parent, promoting the Coker 86 variety. The PVY resistance to Myzus persicae and Aphis gossypii was significantly higher than that of COKer 86.
