曾提到用羧基偶氮胂类试剂可以测定铍,但未详述。国内似未见这方面的报导。本试验确定了[1,8-二羟基萘-2(2-羧基苯偶氮)-7-(2-胂酸基苯偶氮)-3,6-二磺酸]即羧基偶氮胂或偶氮胂K测定矿石中铍的条件:络合物在620纳米处具有最大吸收;显色适宜pH为6左右;以Ca-EDTA和氨三乙酸作掩蔽剂。在上述条件下,铍羧基偶氮胂的络合物显色稳定。摩尔吸光系数为1.35×10~4。灵敏度稍高于铍试剂Ⅱ法。且显色剂较铍试剂Ⅱ稳定。试验确定的方法较快速简便。可测定矿石中n×
It has been mentioned that beryllium can be measured with a carboxylazo arsine reagent but has not been described in detail. There seems to be no reports in this area in China. This test has confirmed that [1, 8-dihydroxynaphthalene-2 (2-carboxyphenylazo) -7- (2-arsanoylphenylazo) -3,6- disulfonic acid] Arsenazo K determination of beryllium ore conditions: the maximum absorption of the complex at 620 nm; color suitable pH of about 6; with Ca-EDTA and ammonia triacetin as a masking agent.
