农田水利灌溉是农业生产、农村经济发展必不可少的重要组成部分。现有的水利灌溉工程运行过程中存在着诸多问题,限制了水利灌溉工作的高效开展。加强水利灌溉工程管理,消除缺陷,改进不足,是当前水利部门的重要任务。本文首先介绍了实施农田水利工程灌溉规划设计的基础原则,然后对农田水利灌溉工程的规划与设计要点进行了分析,以期促进农田水利灌溉工程建设发展。
Farmland irrigation is an essential part of agricultural production and rural economic development. There are many problems in the operation of existing water conservancy and irrigation projects, which limits the efficient development of water conservancy irrigation. Strengthening irrigation and water conservancy project management to eliminate defects and improve the lack of water conservancy sector is an important task. This paper first introduces the basic principle of implementing irrigation planning and design of farmland water conservancy project, and then analyzes the planning and design points of irrigation and water conservancy project in order to promote the construction of irrigation and water conservancy projects.
