初中数学教学的任务很重,这一阶段的数学学习和小学数学学习处于接壤期,这个接壤期不同于初中数学学习与高中数学学习的接壤期,初中数学学习与高中数学学习的接壤期可称之为过渡期,但这个接壤期则不仅仅是在过渡,更体现出转变的意味。无论从学习的量,还是从学习的方法上都与小学时期的数学学习有着截然不同的变化,学生必须在适应的状态下转变,在转变的状态下开发数学潜能。同样,初中数学教师要了解这一阶段学生学习的特点,善于把学生对数学学习的热爱之情、认真态度、笃实学风和创新精神激发出来,让他们在数学学习中取得自信,取得良好的成绩。
