武昌区蔬菜、食品、水产行业在1991年面临市场的激烈竞争,商品价格的全面放开,企业经济效益大幅度滑坡,全行业47家核算点亏损户达18家,亏损面达38%,全行业盈亏相抵后比上年同期减少利润112万元。为了防止经济效益进一步滑坡,提出以下对策建议: 一、改革分配制度,增强企业活力当前推行的“四放开”改革,是转换企业经营机制的良好机遇。蔬菜、食品、水产行业应先采用适合于企业特点的承包形式,拉开分配档次,增强激励机制。可供参考的承包形式主要有以下三种: 1.实行集体承包。这种承包形式主要适用于肉食、蔬菜、副食、卤味等柜(组),以柜(组)长作为承包代表,每个成员每月拿出部分工资参与浮动,按月(年)度销售额、毛利率、服务质量、考勤等指标与浮动工资及奖金挂钩,完成考核指标的,则返回浮动工资,并计提奖金,未完成考核指标的,则相应
In the Wuchang District, the vegetable, food, and aquaculture industries face fierce competition in the market in 1991.
