电磁成形过程中,成形线圈受应力场、温度场及电磁场综合作用。采用有限元分析软件ANASYS进行磁场-温度场,磁场-应力场耦合分析,综合考虑应力、载荷条件与疲劳强度系数等疲劳影响因素,基于线性累积损伤理论和随机Miner准则,使用Fatigue Tool疲劳分析工具对线圈进行疲劳寿命估算,并根据分析结果对线圈结构参数进行了改进,对比原始均匀压力线圈,改进后线圈寿命有所提高。
Electromagnetic forming process, the forming coil by the stress field, the temperature field and the combined effect of electromagnetic fields. The finite element analysis software ANASYS was used to analyze the coupling of magnetic field - temperature field and magnetic field - stress field. The fatigue factors such as stress, load conditions and fatigue strength coefficient were comprehensively considered. Based on the linear cumulative damage theory and the random Miner criterion, The fatigue life of the coil is estimated, and the structural parameters of the coil are improved according to the analysis result. Compared with the original uniform pressure coil, the life of the improved coil is improved.
