对空心圆柱熔体中非金属夹杂的电磁分离过程进行了动力学分析 ,通过解析法计算得出了无量纲数 r1 /δ、磁感应强度 Be、电磁力作用时间 t和颗粒粒径 dp 等与夹杂分离效率 η的关系 .结果表明 ,采用空心圆柱形状 ,可以使实心圆柱熔体大部分区域受力较弱的情况得到改善 ,提高分离效率 ;取频率 f=10~ 15 k Hz、r1 / δ=1.5~ 2时 ,可获得最大电磁分离效率 ;对粒径小于 5μm的夹杂颗粒 ,电磁分离作用不显著 ;磁感应强度和电磁力作用时间的最佳取值范围是 t>5 s、Be>0 .1T.
The kinetic analysis of the electromagnetic separation of non-metallic inclusions in hollow cylindrical melt was carried out.
