产权交易:产权交易是企业财产所有者以产权为商品而进行的一种市场经营活动。包括三方面内容:1、产权交易是一种遵循等价交换原则的商品经营活动。2、产权交易属于产权经营活动,其经营主体是企业财产所有者的代理者。3、产权交易在内容上可以分为两个不同层次:第一个层次是企业财产所有权的转让;第二个层次是在保持企业财产所有权不变的前提下,实行企业财产经营权的转让。目前产权交易可以采取的方法有:1、协议转让由交易双方通过洽谈和协商,就交易内容、交易价格等达成协议,从而最终成交的一种交易方式。在交易主体比较单一、明确,而交易客体比较复杂的情况下,可采用这种交易方式。
