我们中原石油勘探局建筑工程公司,主要担负油田道路、桥梁、部分土建、电气、管线安装和市政工程施工等任务。公司现有职工1516人。1988年以来,随着改革的不断深入,我们在局党委、勘探局的直接领导下,认真贯彻:“本业为主,多种经营,立足油田,面向社会”的经营方针,坚持“团结竞争、求实创新、效益信誉、拼搏奋进”的企业精神,不断深化改革,转换经营机制,积极投身于国内外建筑市场,在激烈的竞争中搞活经营。施工产值、全员劳动生产率、上交利税(含成本降低)以年均20%的速度增长,多项指标在河南同类企业中名列前茅,提前8个月完成经理三年任期目标。继全面质量管理达标后,又获总公司质量管理奖和河南省一级企业称号。去年,公司全面推行项目法施工,施工产值突破6000万元,全员劳动生产率达到27483万,上交利税520万元,比1987年(承包前)翻了两番。现在,公司已通过行业内部“国家二级企业”验收。在短短的四年时间里,我们公司能够冲出施工低谷,经营由僵到活,管理由粗到细,主要得益于深化改革,转换机制,实行项目法施工,积极参与建筑市场的竞争。 一、转变观念,积极参与国内外建筑市场
Our Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau construction company mainly undertakes tasks such as oilfield roads, bridges, part of civil engineering, electrical installation, pipeline installation and municipal engineering construction. The company has 1516 employees. The output value of the construction, labor productivity of all employees, and the increase in profits and taxes (including cost reduction) are growing at an average annual rate of 20%. Many indicators rank among the top companies in the same category in Henan, and the manager’s three-year tenure goal is completed eight months ahead of schedule. Following the comprehensive quality management standards, the company received the quality management award of the head office and the title of the first-tier enterprise in Henan Province. Last year, the company implemented a full-scale project construction method. The construction output value exceeded 60 million yuan, and the labor productivity of all employees reached 274.83 million, and profits and taxes were 5.2 million yuan, which was more than four times that of 1987 (before contracting). Now, the company has passed the acceptance of the “National Level 2 Enterprise” within the industry. In a short span of four years, our company was able to break through the construction trough, operate from rigorous to operational, and manage from coarse to fine, mainly due to deepening reforms, changing mechanisms, implementing project method construction, and actively participating in the construction market competition. .
