利用蒙特卡洛方法通过计算机进行模拟实验,采用多元线性回归方法建立曲柄滑块实验机构各运动副间隙的误差传递系数回归方程,进而通过修正系数,得到尺寸型与实验机构相同的实际机构的误差传递系数回归方程。当尺寸型变化时,通过模拟实验得到曲柄相对尺寸对误差传递系数影响的回归方程和尺寸型对机构输出运动标准差影响的曲线。
