应用气相色谱仪测定了正常人红细胞膜中脂肪酸的含量,选择氮气环境中三氟化硼-甲醇酯化法。结果该方法能够使红细胞膜中脂肪酸酯化完全且不饱和脂肪酸不易氧化。测定了正常人红细胞膜中脂肪酸的含量。结果提示此方法快速准确,稳定性重复性皆好。
The content of fatty acids in normal human erythrocyte membrane was determined by gas chromatography, and the boron trifluoride-methanol esterification method was selected under nitrogen atmosphere. As a result, this method can make the fatty acid esterified completely in the erythrocyte membrane and the unsaturated fatty acid is not easily oxidized. Determination of normal human erythrocyte membrane fatty acid content. The results suggest that this method is fast and accurate, good stability and repeatability.
