在新课程改革的教育发展背景下,构建主义学习理论逐渐被引入本科教学工作中来,构建主义中对学生作为学习主体的身份强调以及对采用各种思维方式、学习方式实现知识构建的强调与新课程改革对发挥学生学习的主观能动性的侧重不谋而合,因此,构建主义学习理论作为一种新型学习理论,越来越被本科教育工作者所接受和采用。管理学是一门综合性的交叉科学,是系统研究管理活动的基本规律和一般方法的科学,旨在研究如何通过对人、财、物的合理组织和配置,提高生产力发展水平。在应用型管理学的本科教育改革工作中,有关教育工作者和教育部门应当充分利用构建主义学习理论的原理,采用各种有效方式加强本科教育管理,提高教学质量和水平。
In the context of the educational development of the new curriculum reform, the constructivist learning theory has been gradually introduced into the undergraduate teaching work. Constructivism emphasizes the identity of the students as the main body of study as well as the emphasis on using different ways of thinking and learning to realize the construction of knowledge The reform of new curriculum coincides with the emphasis on the subjective initiative of students’ learning. Therefore, as a new learning theory, constructivist learning theory is more and more accepted and adopted by undergraduate educators. Management science is a comprehensive interdisciplinary science which systematically studies the basic laws of management activities and the general methods of science. It aims to study how to improve the level of productivity through rational organization and allocation of people, money and goods. In undergraduate education reform of applied management, relevant educators and education departments should make full use of the principle of constructivism learning theory and adopt various effective ways to strengthen undergraduate education management and improve the quality and level of teaching.
