人们为了能控制癌症的发生和掌握它的治疗规律,正着力探讨癌症的病因。就笔者所知,癌症的病因尚未有统一的定论,多认为是多种复杂因素所致。归结起来,主要由环境致癌因素和机体反应两个方面而互相作用,互相制约所决定的。在致癌因素方面,一般外环境致癌因素已普遍获得人们的重视。这里,着重介绍一些有关医源性致癌因素,旨望能引起广大医务工作者在日常的医疗工作中有所注意。 In order to control the occurrence of cancer and to grasp its therapeutic laws, people are working hard to explore the cause of cancer. As far as the author is aware, the cause of cancer has not yet reached a unified conclusion, and many believe that it is due to a variety of complex factors. In the final analysis, it is mainly determined by the interaction between environmental carcinogenic factors and the body’s response and mutual constraints. In terms of carcinogenic factors, general external environmental carcinogenic factors have generally gained people’s attention. Here, some of the iatrogenic carcinogenic factors are highlighted, and it is hoped that it will cause medical workers to pay attention to their daily medical work.
