Congenital non-spherical red blood cell hemolytic anemia (referred to as first aspheric) is a group of genetic diseases, mainly due to the lack of red blood cell enzymes. Clinically divided into two types. One is caused by the enzyme defects in the process of anaerobic digestion of sugar, mostly belong to the first non-spherical dissolving type Ⅱ. The other is caused by the sugar pentose bypass process due to defects in enzymes, mostly belong to the first aspheric soluble type Ⅰ. Ⅱ clinical rare. Type I is rare.
