通过对我院民事诉讼法教学现状与存在问题的调研,揭示并分析教学实践中存在的教学方法陈旧、教学效果不理想等问题的原因。以高职教育的教学理念为指导,提出对该学科教学进行改革的思路,探索课堂教学目标与方法,就实践教学模式的建立和完善提出建议,以实现教学内容、方法、手段的规范化。 Through the investigation of the current situation and existing problems of civil procedural law teaching in our college, we reveal and analyze the reasons of the teaching methods such as outdated teaching and unsatisfactory teaching effect in teaching practice. Guided by the teaching idea of ​​higher vocational education, the author puts forward the idea of ​​reforming the subject teaching, exploring the objectives and methods of classroom teaching, putting forward suggestions on the establishment and perfection of practice teaching mode so as to standardize the teaching contents, methods and means.
