目的:观察曲唑酮治疗海洛因依赖患者勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效和不良反应。方法:将94例海洛因依赖伴ED患者随机分为二组。治疗组42例,使用曲唑酮治疗4周,对照组52例。二组均在住院期间使用美沙酮替代递减脱毒治疗。进行二组比较观察疗效与不良反应,以不良反应量表和实验室检查评定其不良反应。结果:治疗组痊愈1例,显著进步6例,进步9例,有效率为38.10%;而对照组痊愈0例,显著进步1例,进步3例,有效率为7.69%。二组有效率比较统计学上存在非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。不良反应主要是轻度的口干、头痛、困倦。结论:曲唑酮对海洛因依赖伴ED患者有较好的疗效,不良反应少,安全性较高,可在脱毒期间使用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of trazodone in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in heroin dependent patients. Methods: 94 cases of heroin dependence with ED were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group 42 cases, the use of trazodone treatment for 4 weeks, the control group of 52 cases. Both groups used methadone instead of decreasing detoxification during hospitalization. Two groups were observed and compared the efficacy and adverse reactions, with adverse reaction scale and laboratory tests to assess the adverse reactions. Results: The treatment group recovered in 1 case, significant improvement in 6 cases, 9 cases improved, the effective rate was 38.10%; while the control group recovered 0 cases, significantly improved in 1 case, improved in 3 cases, the effective rate was 7.69%. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P <0.001). Adverse reactions are mainly mild dry mouth, headache, drowsiness. Conclusion: Trazodone has a good effect on heroin dependence patients with ED, less adverse reactions, higher safety, can be used during detoxification.
