21世纪是强调“把人作为发展的中心”的世纪,学习型组织促进人的发展。人性发展化管理,是适合“人性”发展的动态、多元、区别、互动、实效性管理,是学习型企业的根本追求,是我国企业走向学习型、求得生存与发展必须解决的管理理论与实践问题。人性发展化管理是上升企业的管理趋势熏探求人性发展化管理的途径,将是企业学习的必由之路。将功利目标与人文目标整合起来,实行适合“人性”发展的管理,才是人力资源管理的最佳境界。
