融合型社会组织,是以建设和谐村落或社区为目标,由农民工与本地居民自发形成的群众组织。宁波市发展融合型社会组织是促进农民工与本地居民和睦相处的有效途径,但目前融合型社会组织在参与组织的普遍性、组织活动的针对性以及组织者的业务能力等方面存在着问题。发展融合型社会组织的主要障碍有:二元户籍制度对外地居民的排斥导致社会融合难,城市社会保障对外来人的窄覆盖阻碍社会融合的扩大,部分本地居民的心理排斥导致社会融合深入难等。应从以下几个方面加强融合型社会组织建设:加快落实户籍制度改革;提升融合型社会组织成员业务能力;完善融合型社会组织工作机制;增进融合型社会组织之间的互融共建。
The integration of social organizations is a mass organization formed spontaneously by migrant workers and local residents with the goal of building a harmonious village or community.
