2007年,日本造船产量2730万载重吨、880修正万总吨,均较2006年的水平有所下降。很重要的原因是近年来日本造船业竞争力下降,前几年订单承接量的增幅落后于中、韩两国以及众多新兴造船国家。同时日本船企产能扩充相对保守,企业主要精力放在改善业绩方面,导致产能增加有限。
In 2007, Japan’s shipbuilding output was 27.3 million deadweight tons and 880 revised million gross domestic product, both down from the level in 2006. A very important reason is that the competitiveness of Japan’s shipbuilding industry has been declining in recent years. The increase of orders received in previous years lagged behind that of China, South Korea and many new shipbuilders. At the same time, Japan’s shipbuilding capacity expansion relatively conservative, the company focused on improving performance, resulting in limited capacity increase.
