为贯彻执行《关于进一步完善加工贸易银行保证金台账制度的意见》(国办发〖1999〗35号),实施《中华人民共和国海关对企业实施分类管理办法》(以下简称“办法”)总署制定了《中华人民共和国海关对企业实施分类管理办法实施细则》(以下简称“细则”)。为了帮助企业理解《细则》精神,我们请海关相关人士就《细则》中的要点部分作了一些说明。
In order to implement the Opinions on Further Perfecting the Accounting System of Bank Margin Deposits in Processing Trade (No. 35 [1999] of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China) and implementing the Measures for the Administration of Classified Customs by the Customs of the People’s Republic of China on Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) The General Administration formulated the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Measures for the Administration of Classified Classification of Enterprises by the Customs of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”). In order to help enterprises understand the spirit of the “Rules,” we ask the relevant stakeholders to give some clarification on the key points in the “Rules”.
