篮球课的教材内容丰富,但课时有限,教师在教学过程中,应把各项技术战术及基本理论等教材进行科学的安排,合理的搭配,使之符合教学的基本规律和学生的心理、生理特点.我们在教学实践中体会到,必须做到如下十个结合:一、难、易教材相结合.一次课中若安排几个教材,其难度应该大小相间,有所侧重.整个教学过程应按照从易到难、从简到繁、循序渐进的原则进行安排.一般地说,根据学生的实际水平,一堂课中较难的教材只能出现一个.同时,结合搭配一些容易理解、掌握的教材.否则,会使学生难于接受,加快疲劳的出现,甚至会产生对课的厌烦情绪,因而影响教学的效果.
