广东省航道局不久前在东莞召开1997年全省航道系统安全工作会议,总结1996年全省航道系统安全工作,部署今年安全工作任务。 去年广东省航道系统安全生产工作取得了较好成绩:事业单位实现安全生产无事故,企业单位遏制了重大伤亡事故发生,全系统职工无重伤以上伤亡事故发生,受到省交通厅的表彰。在确保自身安全生产的同时,各航道事业单位努力做好航道维护工作,重点抓好“春运”和枯水季节的维护工作,没有发生因航道部门责任而造成的海损事故;全省航标维护正常率一、二类标达99.98％,三类标、重点标、沿海标均达100％,保证了全省主要航道的安全畅通。 广东省航道局王志超副局长在工作会议上作的题为《建立安全管理新机制,确保安全生产》的报告中,总结1996年的工作经验是:加强领导,落实各级安全生产 Recently, Guangdong Provincial Waterway Bureau held a conference on waterway system safety in 1997 in Dongguan to summarize the safety of the waterway system in 1996 and deploy this year’s security task.
