2.19细胞能产生IL-4和IL-5,但不能合成IL-2,作者采用各种T、B 细胞表面标记的单克隆抗体与FACS-4分析器研究了2.19细胞的表现型。结果表明该细胞能表达B_(220)抗原,此抗原曾被认为是B 细胞特异的抗原。2.19细胞的表现型:2.19细胞与经照射的B6脾细胞在含10%ConA 刺激培养的鼠脾细胞上清液中培养4天后,除去刺激细胞,加入饱和浓度的针对各种T 细胞与B 细胞表面标记的单克隆抗体冰浴30分钟,再与FITC 或亲和素-罗丹明标记羊抗鼠Ig 孵育,用Leit2萤光显微镜或FACS-4分析器计数。结果发现该细胞系能表达T 细胞的表现型(Thy1~+、L_3T_4~+、Lyt2~-),也能被
