三江平原近期防洪治涝工程充分考虑到了具有重要生态功能湿地自然保护区的重要性和敏感性,以及维持湿地生态功能最基本的水分条件,工程的实施在保持保护区现状的同时改善了保护区的湿地环境,因此从环境保护角度近期防洪治涝工程利大于弊,项目建设是可行的。
