目的:研究黄芪皂苷甲对妊娠高血压大鼠模型的治疗作用及对其胎盘中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:采用寒冷刺激诱导的方法建立妊娠高血压大鼠动物模型,给予不同剂量浓度的黄芪皂苷甲一段时间后,通过对照试验观察其对动物模型妊娠高血压的治疗作用;同时采用Western blot方法检测黄芪皂苷甲对动物模型胎盘中VEGF表达的影响。结果:黄芪皂苷甲可有效改善妊娠高血压大鼠模型的相关症状指标,同时使动物模型胎盘中VEGF的表达有所增高。结论:黄芪皂苷甲可以通过促进胎盘组织中VEGF的表达对妊娠高血压大鼠模型起到治疗作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of astragaloside A on rat model of pregnancy-induced hypertension and its effect on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in placenta. Methods: Animal models of pregnancy induced hypertension were established by cold stimulation. After given different doses of astragaloside for a period of time, the therapeutic effect on the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension in rabbits was observed by the control experiment. Western blot was used to detect Effect of Astragaloside A on VEGF Expression in Placenta of Animal Models. Results: Astragaloside A could effectively improve the related symptoms of pregnancy induced hypertension rat model, and at the same time, the expression of VEGF in placenta increased. Conclusion: Astragaloside A can play a therapeutic role in the rat model of pregnancy induced hypertension by promoting the expression of VEGF in placenta.
