用超声气体雾化法快速凝固技术(RS——Rapid olidification)制造316L微晶不锈钢粉末,再用热挤压快速固结成型法(TRT——Thermoextrusion Rapid Thermoset)制成其微晶棒材,在相同条件下与常规316L材料(本国的和日本的)进行了均匀腐蚀对比试验,其结果表明微晶不锈钢的耐蚀性与常规不锈钢的相当,略有提高。但机械性能明显优于常规的,微晶材料这种特殊功能具有广泛应用前景。
316L microcrystalline stainless steel powder was produced by RS - Rapid olidification and then its microcrystal bar was formed by hot extrusion rapid thermosetting (TRT - Thermoextrusion Rapid Thermoset) Under the same conditions and conventional 316L material (domestic and Japan) conducted a uniform corrosion comparison test, the results show that the corrosion resistance of ceramic stainless steel and conventional stainless steel, a slight increase. However, the mechanical properties are obviously better than those of conventional ones. The special function of microcrystalline materials has wide application prospects.
