2007年,丰田汽车的实际销售量成为世界第一。丰田的精益生产方式,如TPS(丰田生产方式),TPM(全员生产维护)、TQM(全员质量管理)等更是“粉丝”众多,这些“粉丝”是全球制造业的管理者。1990年代初就有中国企业(合资企业)开始探索精益生产,进入21世纪,特别是近两年来,中国制造业大而不强的问题被国人格外关注,精益生产、丰田生产方式对日本制造业的成功所做出的贡献引发诸多思考。
In 2007, the actual sales of Toyota Motor became the first in the world. Toyota’s lean manufacturing methods, such as TPS (Toyota Production System), TPM (Total Production Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality Management) and many more are “fans” who are global manufacturing Manager.
