为了建立费休氏法测定头孢拉定胶囊水分的不确定度评定,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999),分析不确定度的来源,通过建立数学模型,对水分测定过程中各影响因素进行分析评估,计算各变量的不确定度,合成不确定度,得出水分测定的扩展不确定度为0.28%(k=2),该方法适用于费休氏法测定头孢拉定胶囊水分的不确定度评定。
In order to establish the uncertainty assessment of cephradine capsule by Fisher’s method, according to “Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement” (JJF1059-1999), the source of uncertainty was analyzed. By establishing mathematical model, And the influencing factors were analyzed and evaluated. The uncertainty of each variable was calculated and the uncertainty of synthesis was calculated. The extended uncertainty of the determination of moisture was 0.28% (k = 2). This method was suitable for the determination of the water content of cephradine capsules Uncertainty assessment.
