残疾儿童权利的保护,是人类社会的一项重要议题。20世纪80年代开始,残疾儿童的地位、命运、福祉有了根本性改观,人们对于残疾康复形成了新的认识。文章探讨的残疾儿童康复权是指除法律保护儿童享有的共同权利外,残疾儿童还特别享有的基于身体机能、智能处于不利境地而得到的倾斜性、优惠性的特殊权利,以享有康复服务为核心,而康复服务内容主要包括医学的、心理的、辅助技术应用和康复救助服务等。
The protection of the rights of children with disabilities is an important topic in human society.
