目的研究周期素A(cyclin A)和CDK2在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法手术切除并经病理学确诊的结直肠癌及相应的癌周正常组织石蜡标本30例,采用免疫组化SP法检测周期素A及CDK2的表达。结果结直肠癌中周期素A阳性表达率为67%,明显高于癌周正常组织的10%;结直肠癌中CDK2阳性表达率为50%,亦明显高于癌周正常组织的7%。两者的表达水平与直肠癌的分化、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有相关性。结论周期素A和CDK2的高表达为结直肠癌发生的早期现象,两者参与了结直肠癌的发生过程。
Objective To study the expression of cyclin A and CDK2 in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty patients with colorectal cancer and normal paraffin-embedded specimens were collected and pathologically diagnosed. The expressions of cyclin A and CDK2 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rate of cyclin A in colorectal cancer was 67%, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissue of colorectal cancer. The positive rate of CDK2 in colorectal cancer was 50%, which was also significantly higher than that in normal colorectal cancer tissue. The expression levels of both were correlated with the differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis in rectal cancer. Conclusion The high expression of cyclin A and CDK2 is an early phenomenon of colorectal cancer, both involved in the occurrence of colorectal cancer.
