利用1998年5~6月期间CTD、温度链和ADCP现场定点连续观测的海温、海流时间序列等资料,分析南海北部东沙岛附近孤立内波的特征.结果表明:在观测期间,该观测点孤立内波的振幅可达100m,在深水区的传播方向为准西向,波致流的最大流速达2m/s,周期介于10~20min间,船上雷达测到其西向传播速度可达2m/s;最强海洋孤立内波是在1998年5月14~16日出现,与全日潮大潮发生的时间同步.
The characteristics of isolated internal waves around the Dongsha Island in the northern South China Sea are analyzed using the data of sea surface temperature and ocean current time series observed continuously by CTD, temperature chain and ADCP from May to June 1998. The results show that during the observation period, The amplitude of isolated internal waves can reach 100m, and the propagation direction in the deepwater area is quasi-west. The maximum velocity of wave induced flow is 2m / s, and the period is between 10 and 20 minutes. The shipborne radar can measure the westward propagation velocity up to 2m / s; the strongest marine isolated internal wave appeared from May 14 to May 16, 1998, synchronizing with the tidal wave of the full tide.
