目的 :探讨氧化锌甲硝唑糊剂修复乳磨牙髓底穿孔的临床疗效。方法 :对 5 4例乳磨牙髓底穿孔采用氧化锌甲硝唑糊剂修复髓底 ,常规根管治疗充填后保留乳牙到替换期。结果 :3个月时统计成功 2 9例(5 3.7% ) ,缓解 2 0例 (37.1% ) ,失败 5例 (9.2 % ) ;2 4个月时随访统计 37例成功 2 0例 (5 4.1% ) ,缓解 14例(37.8% ) ,失败 3例 (8.1% )。结论 :氧化锌甲硝唑糊剂修复乳磨牙髓底穿孔可有效的使乳牙保存到替换期 ,无需拔除 ,使乳磨牙保存正常的生理功能 ,有利于儿童生长发育及恒牙萌出。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of zinc oxide metronidazole paste in repairing pulp perforation of primary molar. Methods: The medullary process was repaired by using zinc oxide metronidazole paste in 54 cases of primary pulp perforation. The conventional root canal treatment was used to preserve the deciduous teeth until the replacement period. Results: 29 cases (53.7%) were successfully treated at 3 months, 20 cases (37.1%) were alleviated and 5 cases (9.2%) were unsuccessful. Follow-up statistics at 24 months showed that 20 cases were successful %), Relieved in 14 cases (37.8%), and failed in 3 cases (8.1%). CONCLUSION: Zinc metronidazole paste can repair the primary pulp perforation of the deciduous molars, which can effectively preserve the deciduous teeth to the replacement stage without the need of removal. This can preserve the normal physiological function of the deciduous teeth, which is in favor of children's growth and development and permanent eruption.
